So they say.
Why is it that everything that builds character for me,
Makes things easier for you?
Taking out the trash builds character,
Washing the dishes builds character,
Making all the beds builds character.
I've got character,
I'm funny, loud, and obnoxious.
You always tell me to quiet down.
“Shut up,” you say when no one is around.
And when you're around your friends,
I'm “quite the character.”
“Always moving about, that one.”
I've got character.
You're old and boring,
